Shipping policy
All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Customized orders and/or pre-orders typically ship six (6) to eight (8) weeks after receiving your order confirmation. If you purchase non-customized, in-stock items in the same transaction as an customized or pre-ordered item, the non-customized, in-stock item will be shipped to you within the standard one (1) to three (3) day shipping window.
Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Prices are calculated by each carrier and based upon each carrier's pricing policy, which can be calculated by parcel weight, parcel dimension, distance traveled, speed of delivery, and/or other factors determined by each carrier. Fairweather League employs USPS and UPS as its carriers. Customers may select whatever applicable domestic or international delivery service they prefer; cost and delivery time will be determined by that carrier's service accordingly.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fairweather League is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied, and you are responsible for these charges as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at drew@fairweatherleague.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that UPS will not delivery to P.O. Boxes. If you wish to have your order delivered to a P.O. Box, you must use USPS as the carrier.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
The Fairweather League has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at drew@fairweatherleague.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
